Re: What is the minimum percentage required to take admission in a company? if we have cleared the foundation of company secretary then do we have to appear for the foundation exam of chartered accountant or else my foundation exam for cs will be taken into consideration and i will be exempted for CA foundation exam? |

The Company Secretary Course is conducted by ICSI. This course is conducted in three stages: Foundation Executive Professional To take admission in the Foundation stage you just need to class 12th pass No minimum marrks is required in class 12th Fees is Rs 4500 and exam fees is rs 1200 Minimum 8 months is required to complete this stage 4 subjects needs to be studied in the Foundation Stage: 1. Business Environment and Entrepreneurship 2. Business Management, ethics and Communication 3. Business Economics 4.Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing Eligibilty to give the Executive level Exams of ICSI is Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI |
