Re: Total process for doing CBI Officer? CBI stands for Central Bureau of Investigation. First of all, i would like to tell you that to become a CBI officer, you will have to give CGL(Combined Graduate Level) examination, which is conducted every year by SSC(Staff Selection Commission). Eligibility Criteria required for SSC CGL examination:- * Completion of Graduation in any stream from any recognised university with passing marks. * Master Degree candidates with Science stream are also eligible. * Age limit:- 20-30 years. * Age relaxation:- 3 years For OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. * Nationality:- Indian. |

Eligibility Criteria:- You must have graduation degree in any stream from recognized university. Age Requirements:- Your age must be in between 20 to 25 years. Re: Total process for doing CBI Officer? CBI stands for the Central Bureau of Investigation and to become the CBI you have to qualify in the SSC CGL examination. SSC CGL examination is conducted by the SSC every year and the eligibility to appear for the examination is :- * Candidates must have passed the graduation from any recognised university. * Candidates age must be between the 19-30 years with the relaxation in the age for the reserved category. The examination is conducted in the various stages and the candidates have to qualify in all the stages for the final selection. The examination for the SSC CGL is over for the 2015. So you need to wait for the next year examination. Age limit is 20-30 years with three years age relaxation to OBC and five years to SC/ST candidates. To join CBI as an officer, you must apply for the Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate level examination conducted every year for every graduate. Eligibility criteria for the SSC CGL exam: >>Candidate must have done bachelor's degree form a recognized university with at least passing percentage of marks. As you have done master's degree in science, you can apply for the exam. >>The age limit for the SSC CGL exam for CBI posts is 20-30 years and upper age relaxed for reserved category candidates upto five years. After that, you must apply for the SSC CGL exam at official webiste www.ssconline.nic.in. You must crack all the three stages Tier I, II and interview as well as physical test for CBI to join this department. |
