Re: How many seats are allocated to diploma students in each engineering branch Diploma students get admission in engineering direct 2nd year by lateral entry. They have to go through LEET entrance examination for engineering by lateral entry. In engineering 20% seats are reserved for diploma students. In most of engineering colleges total seats are 60 in every branch. So, in such colleges 12 seats allocates for diploma students who are admits in 2nd year of engineering. |
