Both the examinations are held for admission in MBA courses in top business colleges. Also CAT scores are used for admission in IIM ( Indian Institute of Management ). --> For appearing in the same examination the minimum educational qualification requirement is a bachelor degree course in any discipline with a minimum of 50% from a recognized university. --> As far as you are concerned about the important dates of CAT 2017 and MAT 2017 then till now it has not been officially announced. But as per the trend the you can expect the applications forms for both the examinations to be released by the months of August and examination to be held in the month of December and September respectively. MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test and the examination is conducted four times in a year where as CAT is conducted once in a year. The examination for MAT is conducted in February, May, September and December. So, to get update about examination visit at www.aima.in. Candidates pursuing in final year are also eligible to appear for examination. CAT stands for Common Admission Test and the examination is conducted in month of December. The notification for examination is released in month of August. |

CAT Registration Dates :- Online Registration started from : 8th August 2016 Last Date to apply Online : 22nd September 2016 Admit Card will be available from : 18th October 2016 Date of CAT exam : 4th December 2016 MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test. It is a national level entrance test conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) every year. MAT 2017 registration will be available and submitted through the online process only. The form will be provided in the month of January, March, August and October. Tentative Application dates :- MAT February 2017 : December 2016 MAT May 2017 : March 2017 MAT September 2017 : July 2017 MAT December 2017 : October 2017 |

Important dates for CAT 2017 and MAT 2017 examinations Well actually I am in BBA final semester now, and would like to appear for CAT 2017 and MAT 2017 examinations in order to pursue MBA from a good institute. So, please let me know what are the dates which are important for both of them. |
