Yes it is compulsory to have migration certificate to get admission in any other college, school or university. You are known to transfer crrtificate and migration certificate is likewise transfer certificate. According to me you must take migration certificate which is attested by prinicipal of previous college. |

No, it is not mandatory to get your migration certificate attested by your last school principal to apply for the university. Migration certificate are given by respective board and so it does not require any type of verification or attest from the school principal. So, I do not think it is mandatory to attest it from your school principal. |

Generally the migration certificate is issued by the board so there is no requirement of attestation from school principal for the verification or any other process. |
