Would appreciate some help! Is it mandatory to get migration certification attested from the principal of last attended college before applying in the university???

No, it is not necessary to get attested by principal to get admission in university.

Generally the migration certificate is issued by the board so there is no requirement of attestation from school principal for the verification or any other process.

No, it is not mandatory to get the migration certificate attested from the principal of the attended college.The migration certificate is to be issued by the university.

The migration form has to be attested by the last attended college and needed to be submitted to the university then the university provides the migration certificate.
