Final year candidate of B.E course may also eligible to apply for this Examination . So, As per the Educational Qualification your not eligible for M.tech Course .So, Please Complete M.sc Course / B.tech Course then Only your eligible to apply for M.tech Course . The minimum eligibility for appearing for the GATE exam to qualify for the MTech course is that you either have to have a BtEch or an MTech degree. So as you have completed your BSc, hence, I would suggest that you complete your MSc, and then you can apply for the GATE exam. Eligibility: Master degree holders in any branch of Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in the final or pre-final year of such programmes.Final and pre-final year students cam also apply. You cannot join for M.Tech course right after B.Sc. You must certainly complete M.Sc course as it is considered equivalent to the B.Tech course. Also you must have specialised in any of the areas in which M.Tech courses are available like Computer Science etc. You will need to appear for the entrance exams like GATE. You can go in for the course at any age. good luck |

Do I have to do MSc to join M.Tech? no you can not do M.Tech after B.Sc. if you have B.E or B.Tech degree then easily you can take admission for M.Tech program. but if you have B.Sc degree and if you want to do M.Tech then first you have to do M.Sc after that you will be able to take admission in M.Tech. your M.Sc will be considered as B.Tech equivalent. actually B.Tech is a 4 years study where as B.Sc is a 3 years study. now for M.Tech 10+2+4 pass is required. after B.Sc it's not possible. that,s why you can not take admission in M.Tech after completion of your B.Sc. best wishes. |
