Yes, you are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2017 examination if you have not appeared in JEE Advanced 2015 examination. As you are going to appear in 12th standard examinations in 2016, you are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2016, 2017 and 2018 and you are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2016 and 2017 examination. That means, you are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2017 examination as it will be your last chance to appear in JEE Advanced examination.

Yes, he will be eligible to appear for Advanced examination in 2017. There is nothing to do with the year in which he passed 10th examination.

To appear for JEE examination the year of passing 12th std is taken in consideration.

As, he had passed 12th in 2016 he is eligible to appear for Advanced in 2017 but after qualifying in Main examination. To get more information about examination visit at www.jeemain.nic.in.

The number of attempts for JEE Main and Advanced examination is counted on basis of year in which candidate has appeared for board examination. As this candidate will appear for board examination in 2016, he will be eligible for JEE Main examination in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

He will be eligible for JEE advanced examination in 2016 and 2017 as there are only two consecutive attempts for JEE Advanced examination.

Am I eligible for JEE Advanced 2017 if filled up JEE Main 2015 form but didn't appeared in exam?

Hi, here is situation of one of my student.. #he passed his 10th in 2013, ## he filled application forms for class XII and JEE main in 2015 but could not appear to any of these two due to medical reasons. ## now he is going to appear Class XII exam in 2016 #also wish to appear for JEE maps in 2016. ## will he be eligible for JEE advanced in 2017? He wish to repeat for JEE advanced in 2017.
###some people are saying that as he didn’t appear for Class XII in 2015, that won’t be considered as an attempt. So he can appear in 2017 too. ## and some people are sarong that, as he par his Class X in 2013, he won’t be eligible for JEE advanced in 2017. ## will be be eligible for JEE advanced in 2017?
