Educational qualification and eligibility criteria for it? => For loco pilot examination candidate must have passed 12th class from a recognized board of education. => Also if you have ITI and Diploma degree then you are applicable for Assistant Loco Pilot Exam. => The age of candidate must be in between 21 to 30 years. => As per my knowledge, you are not eligible for Loco Pilot examination on the basis of 10th class. If you have passed 10th class and IIT then you are eligible for loco pilot examination. |

Eligibility criteria are as under:- Candidate must be a holder of intermediate degree from a recognized univesity or college. Candidate must have a technical degree from any of the recognized institute. Candidate age should not less than 18 years and not more than 28 years. Candidate must have at least 60% aggregate in intermediate. |

Qualifications for loco pilot job is : 1. Candidates must have completed their ITI diploma or DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING. 2. Candidates age must be in between 18 to 28 years. So first you have to complete your diploma. Only after that you will be eligible for the post of assistant loco pilot. Thanks |

The educational qualification and eligibility criteria required to apply for Loco Pilot examination is mentioned below :- => You should have passed 10th standard and ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering course from a Government recognised Institute. => You should be at least 17 years old and not more than 28 years of age. Upper age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per Government norms. |

No, you are not eligible to appear for entrance examination for recruitment as Loco Pilot after 10th. The examination is conducted by Railway Recruitment Board for recruitment as Loco Pilot. The required qualification to appear for examination is candidate must have passed ITI or have diploma degree. So, you have to take admission in diploma or in ITI course for appearing in Loco Pilot examination. The candidates have to qualify in written as well as interview stage of examination for final selection. |

For recruitment as Loco Pilot in Indian Railway the required qualification to appear for RRB examination is :- Candidate must have passed ITI or Diploma degree in electrical, mechanical or diesel from a recognised university. So, after 10th you have to pursue the course and after completion you will be eligible to appear for examination conducted by RRB for final recruitment. According to my knowledge it is compulsory to have a degree of intermediate along with a technical degree to become a loco pilot. Eligibility criteria are as follows:- Candidate must be a holder of intermediate degree from any of the recognized school or college. Candidate must have a technical degree of at least one year course. Candidate age should not be less than 18 years and not more than 28 years. Candidate must have at least 60% aggregate in their intermediate exams. This is required for general candidate. |
