Sir please tell me that if I have re-appear in second semester of 10th and I will take admission in hsbte diploma on the basis that I will give exams in September and my. Mark sheet clearance date is 5 November. And exams of first semester of diploma was held in December will my diploma. be eligible for govt verification please tell me quickly. And sir I was clear in 5 subjects in 10th except Hindi and I clear it in November |

Re: Engineering after diploma and without +2 passing certificate? hello friend, There is nothing like that. You can always appear for IITJEE, AIEEE, WBJEE, MH-CET, VITEEE, KIITEE, any any other engineering entrance of that kind. Candidates who had passed 3 years/4 years Diploma of Engineering from Any recgnised Institute in India can appear for any of the above. However, there is minimum aggregate requirement of 60% for IITJEE, VITEEE otherwise for rest of all minimum 50% aggregate is permissiable. But remember, you will not get admission into 2nd year of B.tech/BE at IIT's, NIT's or IIIT's. Rest of all had provisions for admission into 2nd year. You can also appear for state based entrance which are conducted by state government for admission into 2nd year of Engineering dergee and this process is known as Lateral Entry Scheme. Every state conducts its own entrance for the purpose. For example West bengal conducts JELET etc. Best of Luck  thank you |

I am noor i did I.T.I civil draught's in the year of 2004 after i did civil related courses then i find institute of quanitity surveyor so i did Diploma Quanity Surveyor 1 year course now i m working in saudi arabia as a quantity surveyor but i need diploma civil engineering certificate for applying another company, so please how can i get pls give me advice. thanking yours noor. Yes bro you can surely apply for entrance exams like IIT JEE ,AIEEE as they consider diploma students and they will be admitted to 1st year if they clear the exam. You can even try for direct 2nd year admission instead of 1st year admission in IIT and NIT. Ofcourse you will have to compromise with the brand but its better. Apply for lateral entry exams like LEET-TU which will get you into top institutes like Thapar. Which are considered to be in top 20 in india |

Re: Engineering after diploma without 10+2 (12th) passing certificate? dear friend, as you complete your diploma , you can appear for different engineering exams as a lateral entry students, but you are not eligible for IIT,AIEEE, because these exams requires +2 degree. But you can try for different state engineering exams & take admission directly in 3rd semester. And for IITJEE criteria for Diploma Engineers is such that candidate must have passed it's diploma from a Government or Government recognised polytechnic college, and the degree must be of 3-4 years and also must have scored at least 60% aggregate including all 6 semesters. for more information kindly visit different states examination board website. |

I juz got year back in diploma in m.e course. So i wnt 2 cmplt engg widn 2 yrs nd i havnt pasd 10 2. I am redy 2 do high schooling from abord nd d degree as wel. But if you want to study in the second year directly then you have to give entrance exam of lateral entry scheme in the different colleges in which you wants to study. |

As you are diploma holder student, if you want to get admission in iit,then there are certain requirements: 1. diploma with 60% aggregate in all semesters. 2.Good score in iit-jee entrance test. if you clear the exam you can get admission in b.tech (first semester). otherwise,if you can do +1 and +2 with aggregate 65% then you can appear in iit-jee.but there are only two consecutive chances and your age should be less than 23 years. you can also give the LEET exam to get admisssion in B.Tech (3rd Semester). |

Because of my education. I have only my 10th pass certificate. Please help me, which course is useful 4 me my career and short time. After my marriage I was tried but our family position was not so sought. After that we construct our own house. So lot of problem I was faced. Now I’m trying to complete my graduation. |

Re: Engineering after diploma without 10+2 (12th) passing certificate? hi friend, Firstly I want to tell you that IITs and NITs do not offer admission for diploma candidates in 2nd year of engineering . So you neither can you apply in that for admission nor that conduct any entrance . If you really want to get in IITs or NITs then you have to pass 12th class, but I recommend you to do your btech from those colleges which offer admission in 2nd year for diploma holders. State wise entrance exams are conducted for this. Like in Rajasthan it is named as CEEP, in haryana it is named as LEET. |
