Your daughter can not get take direct admission in 12th Gujarat State Board. First, she needs to take admission in 11th standard of GSEB then proceed towards 12th standard for board examination.

It is not possible to switch to different board directly in standard 12th.

No, it is not possible to switch to state board from Central board of secondary education in standard 12th.

Board change is allowed only after tenth standard. It means, you can change board in 11th standard from CBSE to state or state to CBSE.

It is not possible to switch to state board from CBSE board only for class 12th.

In order to appear for board examination of 12th, a candidate has to first register for board exam in 11th standard. She needs to first take admission in 11th standard and select stream & subjects for board exam of 12th.

Better option is to allow her to appear for next year CBSE 12th board exam.

No, candidates are not eligible to change their board in the 12th std.

So, she has to continue with CBSE board to appear in examination.

The other option is to register in 11th in GSEB and then continue for 11th and 12th.

Yes it is possible to change board.
You can write exam as private candidate by applying form at the time of registration. Taking admission is not compulsory.

It is not possible to take direct admission in 12th standard. Your daughter will have to take admission in 11th standard first and register for board examination of 12th under Gujarat State Education Board.

If she was studying in CBSE 12th then let her appear for next year exam of 12th. Going for GSEB will cause a loss of one academic year.

Yes, she can appear for Gujarat State Board for 12th standard only. Registration of a candidate in Gujarat Board will be done in 12th standard itself. Also, if you need, you can enroll yourself as a Private candidate in Gujarat Board.

No, it is not possible to switch to State Board from CBSE Board only for pursuing 12th standard. None of the schools offer direct admission to candidates in 12th standard. You have to pursue both 11th and 12th standard from the same school. So, I suggest you to pursue your 12th standard and appear in examinations from CBSE Board.
