Through lateral entry you are eligible to get admission in B.Tech or B.E course after diploma from a recognised university. Diploma is three year course. Candidate passed diploma course are eligible to get admission in B.Tech course in 2nd year. You are only eligible to get admission in Electronics and Communication. |

Candidates passed diploma from a recognised board are eligible to get admission in B.Tech or B.E only in the stream in which they have completed the diploma course. Through lateral entry candidates are eligible to get admission in 2nd year of B.Tech course. |

After completion of your Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering course, you can pursue your higher studies in B. E/ B. Tech ECE stream from a recognised university. Being a Diploma holder, you are eligible to get direct admission in second year of B.Tech ECE course through lateral entry admission process by appearing in entrance examinations like LEET, JELET, ECET, etc.,. which is conducted by your respective state board of technical education. |
