Re: Possibility to study distance LLB for 50 years old BA graduate? Bar Council of India does not recognise LLB course. LLB is three year course. The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline. So, you are eligible to pursue the course at the age of 50 years but the degree is not valid for practice as an advocate. |

Re: Possibility to study distance LLB for 50 years old BA graduate? LLB is Bachelor in Law. It is three year course. The required qualification to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in discipline. There is no age limit to appear for the examination. But, the distance LLB course is not valid by Bar Council of India. So, it's better to pursue the course in the distance. |

Re: Possibility to study distance LLB for 50 years old BA graduate? It is possible for a Bachelor of Arts graduate of 50 years to pursue Bachelor of Law course. Graduation in any stream is the minimum academic qualification. Top universities offering LLB distance courses: 1. University college of Law, Bangalore. 2. Faculty of Law, Aligarh. 3. ILS Law College, Pune. 4. Government College of Law, University of Mumbai. 5. IGNOU LLB. |

Possibility to study distance LLB for 50 years old BA graduate? Dear Sir, I am 50 years of age and I want to do LLB course through distance education. I have completed my BA course. So, I would like to know that is it possible for me to do this distance LLB course at this age? |
