CAPF stands for Central Armed Police Forces.

UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts CAPF examination

The eligibility criteria required for the CAPF exam are mentioned below:-

1) Candidates must have completed their Bachelor Degree in any stream from any recognised university.

2) Age limit:- 20-25 years.

3) There is an upper age limit for OBC/SC/ST candidates.

4) Nationality:- Indian.

Eligibility criteria for CAPF:-

Candidate must have the age of 20 years and must not have the age of 25 years.

The upper age limit is relaxable up to a maximum of 5 years if the candidate belonging to Sc / St / ex serviceman.

The upper age limit is relaxable up to a maximum of three years if the candidate belonging to OBC.

A candidate must have a bachelor's degree from any of the government recognised university or Institute.

CAPF recruitment examination is conducted by UPSC. The examination is conducted every year for selection in 5 CAPFs.

The eligibility to appear in examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree with minimum qualifying marks.

The age limit is 20-25 years. Entrance examination is conducted for selection.

There is no relaxation in height for ST who belongs to the North East region .

The eligibility to appear for CAPF examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The age limit is 20-25 years with relaxation in age limit for the reserved category.

There is no relaxation in height for the ST candidates or to those who belong to North-East region of India.

The examination is conducted by UPSC.

Examination is conducted in three stages as :-

Written.

Physical.

Interview.
