Re: How to apply for PO jobs? Can I apply if I am a Medical student? Any graduation degree holder can apply for the Bank PO exam even if he belongs to the medical stream. It does not matter whether you have done BDS, MBBS, B.Tech, BCA, BBA or anything else, the requirement is a graduation degree. Since you have that rest is not the issue. Feel free to apply for the Bank PO. Bank PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Services (IBPS). You can appear for the exam next year. It has been concluded for the year. There are total of 19 Public Sector Banks that participate for the IBPS Bank PO exam. These banks accept the score of IBPS Bank PO exam and hire candidates for the post for PO/MT on the basis of performance in this exam. If you meet the crteria mentioned below, please feel free to apply for the exam. Eligibility 1. Candidate should be Indian citizen Age Limit The age limit for General candidates is 20 to 30 years. There is relaxation for reserve category: OBC - 3 years in upper age limit SC/ST - 5 years in upper age limit. PH - 10 years in upper age limit. Education 1. A graduation degree from a recognized university. The candidate age should be above from 18 years. After completing your graduation you can apply for the IBPS PO exam and after appearing on exam you can apply for the job in both govt. as well private sector banks.... |

P.O. exam for Bank is usually conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) for 19 Public Sector banks. Eligibility for P.O. Exam:- -The candidate must be an Indian National. -Should have completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University. -Should be within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. -Should be a computer literate one.
