Bcz my 3 year LLB will complete at 2023 and my age is 21now?

JMFC-JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST TRACK COURT exam is a judicial service exam for the post of Judicial Magistrate conducted by various state governments. Graduation in Law with 55% marks is the minimum qualification to apply for this exam.
The age limit is 35 for open category and 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC and ST.

I am studying in 4th yr of BLS.LLB and having kt in 2nd and 3rd year so am i eligible for JMFC exam. Is it compulsory to score more than 55% in the final year of law to appear for JMFC.

If any students have back logs in LLB and then they cleared all the subjects in second attempt and that student got her LLB degree, so is there any chances of writing JMFC exam

JMFC is the Judicial Magistrate First Class examination which is conducted by the MPSC Maharashtra Public service Commission and in order to appear for the JMFC post there are certain eligibility criteria and procedure to be followed in order to appear for JMFC

Eligibility for JMFC:
  1. Should have sufficient knowledge in Marathi so through which he can speak ,write and read Marathi
  2. Should not exceed 25 years for Fresh law graduate and 35 years for advocates and 45 years for members in ministrial staff high court
  3. Should have degree in respective discipline of study according ot the post

Selection process:
  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Mains examination
  3. Viva voice

These are the three rounds of selection process for JMFC

And all desired candidates who are eligible can apply through the online application process which is available in MPSC

Eligibility and procedure for JMFC:-

JFMC stands for Judicial Magistrate First track Court and was conducted by MPPSC. should have done bachelor's degree in law from recognised University.

Age limit:
General Category 30 years
Other Backward Classes (OBC) 33 years
Scheduled Tribes / Scheduled Tribes 35 years
blind, deaf-mute and orthopaedically handicapped persons 40 years

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class.
It is conducted by the state government bodies for recruitment of Judicial Magistrate.
Eligibility to appear in JMFC of any state are
-Candidate must be citizen of India.
-Candidate must have completed LLB(Bachelor of Legislative Law) from any recognized university with more than 55% marks.

Maximum age to appear in JMFC examination is 25 years for fresh LLB graduates and 35 years for Advocates, Attorney or Pleaders.

The candidates need to apply online for JMFC whenever the state govt announces for that.
The candidates need to appear for written examination which will be of two parts of maximum 100 marks each.
The candidates qualified in the written examination are called for interview of 50 marks.
On the basis of performance in written and viva, final merit list is published consisting the names of qualified candidates.

JMFC exam is conducted for the recruitment of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate through Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class recruitment. To give this exam the following criteria needs to be satisfied:-

The basic eligibility for JMFC exam is LLB degree having age limit 21- 25 years.This is the Judicial Magistrate First Class Exam conducted by Maharashtra Public Service commission.For it you should have three years experience as Attorney.
