Eligibility and procedure for JMFC?
If i have kt in second sem of three years law course and want to appear for JMFC. So whats the eligibility and procedure for jmfc?

JFMC stands for Judicial Magistrate First track Court.
Eligibility: Aspirants should have done bachelor's degree in law from recognised University. Minimum age is 21 and maximum age is 25 years. Exam: Written Exam Personal Interview |

The basic eligibility for JMFC exam is LLB degree having age limit 21- 25 years.This is the Judicial Magistrate First Class Exam conducted by Maharashtra Public Service commission.For it you should have three years experience as Attorney.

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class.
It is conducted by the state government bodies for recruitment of Judicial Magistrate. Eligibility to appear in JMFC of any state are -Candidate must be citizen of India. -Candidate must have completed LLB(Bachelor of Legislative Law) from any recognized university with more than 55% marks. Maximum age to appear in JMFC examination is 25 years for fresh LLB graduates and 35 years for Advocates, Attorney or Pleaders. The candidates need to apply online for JMFC whenever the state govt announces for that. The candidates need to appear for written examination which will be of two parts of maximum 100 marks each. The candidates qualified in the written examination are called for interview of 50 marks. On the basis of performance in written and viva, final merit list is published consisting the names of qualified candidates. |

JMFC is the Judicial Magistrate First Class examination which is conducted by the MPSC Maharashtra Public service Commission and in order to appear for the JMFC post there are certain eligibility criteria and procedure to be followed in order to appear for JMFC

JMFC-JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST TRACK COURT exam is a judicial service exam for the post of Judicial Magistrate conducted by various state governments. Graduation in Law with 55% marks is the minimum qualification to apply for this exam.
The age limit is 35 for open category and 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC and ST. |
