I have written b.s.c final year exams in 2019 and written supplementary exams to clear the backlogs in this year 2020. Results are yet to come. Am I eligible for SSC CGL?

Candidates with backlogs are not eligible for the recruitment in jobs after clearing the paper.

So, you are eligible to apply for the appearing in examination but must have to clear the backlogs before the time mentioned in the notification for the examination.

So, you need to clear the backlogs to get the selection in any government jobs.

With backlogs in bachelor degree you are eligible to appear for SSC CGL examination but will not become eligible for final selection after qualifying in the examination unless the backlog is cleared.

So, you have to clear the backlogs for final selection.

Examination is conducted in various stages for final selection.
