Am I eligible to write the SSC-CGL exam having 2 backlogs in B.Sc?
Am I eligible to appear for the Staff Selection Commission - Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC-CGL) examination in the 2019 session as I have 2 backlogs in my 1st and 3rd year of B.Sc with specialization in Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science?

The full form of SSC CGL is Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level examination.
Eligibility criteria for SSC CGL is: 1. You must have done bachelor's degree from a recognized university. 2. Minimum of passing percentage of marks in bachelor's degree is required. You can not apply for exam with backlogs in bachelor's degree. You need to clear backlogs in bachelor's degree to become eligible for SSC CGL exam. The minimum age limit is 18 years. |

With backlogs in bachelor degree you are eligible to appear for SSC CGL examination but will not become eligible for final selection after qualifying in the examination unless the backlog is cleared.
So, you have to clear the backlogs for final selection. Examination is conducted in various stages for final selection. |

Candidates with backlogs are not eligible for the recruitment in jobs after clearing the paper.
So, you are eligible to apply for the appearing in examination but must have to clear the backlogs before the time mentioned in the notification for the examination. So, you need to clear the backlogs to get the selection in any government jobs. |
