Eligibility criteria for Polytechnic Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB) examination:

Educational qualification:

Candidate should have Bachelor degree in Engineering Technology and Architecture.

If you are appearing for engineering subjects in TRB exam, then you must have completed B.E/B.Tech with 1st division. if you are appearing non engineering subjects in TRB exam, then you must have completed masters course in the related branch with minimum 60% marks from the recognised university/institute.

Eligibility criteria for TRB:-

Qualification required- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology and Architecture.

And post graduate degree with minimum 55%passing certificates in relevant subjects.

Post graduate degree and B.ed.

For General category percentage 50%

For SC-45%

For ST-40%

Age limit not more than 57years for Government Arts and Science college for the post Assistant Professor.

Post Graduate Assistants-nit more than 57 years

If you are appearing for engineering subjects in TRB exam, then you must have completed B.E./B.Tech with 1st Division.

Eligibility for Polytechnic Teacher Recruitment exam :

- Candidate should have passed Master with minimum 50% in any of the school subjects and also

- Candidate should have passed M.Ed with not less than 55% from recognized institute.

Since you have done MCA and M.E, unfortunately you are not eligible to apply because M.ED is the compulsory degree that a candidate should possess in order to apply for Polytechnic Teacher Recruitment exam.

Eligibility Criteria for Polytechnic TRB exam:

1. For Engineering subjects Lectureships:
>> Candidates should posses first class bachelor's degree in the branch of engineering relating to posts concerned.

2. For Non-Engineering subjects Lectureships:
>> Candidates should posses first class master's degree in the subject relating to posts concerned.

=> Age Limit:
Candidates age should not be more than 57 year in order to appear in the TRB exam.
