Eligibility for Polytechnic Teacher Recruitment exam :

- Candidate should have passed Master with minimum 50% in any of the school subjects and also

- Candidate should have passed M.Ed with not less than 55% from recognized institute.

Since you have done MCA and M.E, unfortunately you are not eligible to apply because M.ED is the compulsory degree that a candidate should possess in order to apply for Polytechnic Teacher Recruitment exam.

If you are appearing for engineering subjects in TRB exam, then you must have completed B.E./B.Tech with 1st Division.

However, if you are appearing for non-engineering subjects in TRB exam, then you must have completed Masters course in the related branch with minimum 60% marks from the recognized University/institute.
