It is aggregate of all papers. Your percentage of marks is 58%. You can apply to different entrance examination after securing 58% marks. You are eligible for following government job entrance exams:

1. Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level exam/Combined Graduate Level exam.

2. UPSC exams like Civil Services exam, Combined Defence Services exam, CAPF exam.

3. PCS exam.

4. Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection Common Written Exam for clerk or Probationary officer exam.

5. IB ACIO exam.

In government job entrance exams, percentage hardly matters. In exams like Civil Services, SSC CGL, Banking exams, SPSC exam etc, candidates who have done bachelor's degree with passing percentage of marks can apply.

You will be selected depending upon your performance in entrance exam conducted for jobs. For all the above exams, bachelor's degree in any discipline is minimum academic qualification.

Percentage is always aggregate of all papers. You can not exclude language paper.

I got 61% in B.Com when I calculate excluding languages but, if I calculate including languages my percentage is only 58%. However, I am eligible for applying exam only if I get more than 60%. So, please let me know my actual percentage.
