Eligibility - You must have passed B.E./B.Tech in agriculture discipline from a recognized university. - Your age should be between 18 to 33 years on 1st june , 2016. Registration Process - Go to site : www.mpsc.gov.in - Click "New Registration". - Register Online yourself. - Fill the application form carefully. - Upload the required scanned documents. - Pay the application fee. - Submit your application. MPSC Forest Officer Exam Date - Registration Starts : January , 2016 - Last Date of Registration : 04/03/2016 - Forest Officer Exam : 27/04/2016 |

First thing I would like to make you clear that Forest officer comes under Union government projects and hence to be a forest officer you need to clear IFS examination held by UPSC once every year. To be eligible for the same examination you need to have the qualifications mentioned below:- * You must have the nationality of India with your age lying within 21 years to 30 years till the 1st July of that year in which you are appearing in the same examination. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per the government norms. * You must have completed your bachelor degree with any of science stream subject or geography or forestry or agriculture or any equivalent course from a recognised university. So having done B.Sc with Computer Science you are eligible for the same examination on the basis of your educational qualification. Candidate must be a holder of Bachelor degree from any of the recognized university. Candidate must have at least 55% aggregate in their graduation. Candidate age should not less than 21 years and should not exceed 30 years. Candidate under reservation category get reservation as per government norms. |

Maharashtra Public Service Commission conducts recruitment examination every year for various posts under its various departments like Administration, Police, Forest and Engineering etc. So, one who wants to become Forest officer in Maharashtra has to appear for the MPSC exam. Eligibility criteria for the MPSC entrance exam :- -Nationality : Indian . -Academic qualification : graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized university or institute. -Age criteria : General category : 19 years to 33 years. OBC category : 19 years to 36 years. SC/ST category : 19 years to 38 years. Handicapped candidates : 19 years to 45 years . -Selection criteria : *Preliminary Exam, *Main exam, and *Interview.
