Re: Eligibility to appear in IIT-JAM for BSc(Botany) student? Being a B.Sc(H) degree holder in Botany, you are eligible for admission in IITs ( Indian Institute of Technology ) for pursuing M.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc.- Ph.D. Dual Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering degree courses only. Also, for getting admission in IITs for pursuing above mentioned degree course, you need to qualify IIT-JAM and for appearing in the same examination you are required to have completed your bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade ( or 55% marks in case of reserved category candidates) from a recognized university. For more details regarding IIT JAM, you can refer to the link www.jam.iitb.ac.in. |
