Eligibility to appear in IIT-JAM for BSc(Botany) student?
Hello everyone, I am studying BSc in Botany Honours in Aligarh Muslim University. I want to appear in upcoming IIT-JAM for MSc admission. So, am I eligible to appear in JAM? Please help me to know about this as soon as possible. Thank you!

Yes, you can appear for IIT JAM entrance exam as you are eligible for it.
To apply for IIT JAM exam, you must be pursuing Bachelor course from any recognized college/institute. If you have completed your Bachelor course, then you must have secured at least 55% marks in it to be eligible for IIT JAM. |

Being a B.Sc(H) degree holder in Botany, you are eligible for admission in IITs ( Indian Institute of Technology ) for pursuing M.Sc. Biotechnology and M.Sc.- Ph.D. Dual Degree in Environmental Science and Engineering degree courses only.
Also, for getting admission in IITs for pursuing above mentioned degree course, you need to qualify IIT-JAM and for appearing in the same examination you are required to have completed your bachelor's degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade ( or 55% marks in case of reserved category candidates) from a recognized university. I am a bsc botany student but I have no chemistry, physics or math in pass compotition subject in ug.
Am i eligible for iit jam biotechnology?

I am a bsc (honours) Botany student ,but I have not chemistry as pass composition
As gec I have only zoology . Am I eligible for IIT JAM Biotechnology ?
