UPSC and MPSC are conducted in two stages you should be a minimum graduate or in final year of graduate course to appear for both these examinations. for the latter you have to produce your proof of passing to appear in mains examination. age limit is : be between 21 to 30 years of age, for general candidates certain relaxations are there for sc/st/ obc.http://www.indicareer.com/competitiv...igibility.html You can fill the forms online or by offline application. for more information visitwww.upsc.gov.in/ and:www.mpsc.gov.in/ |
