I want to give the exam of MPSC and UPSC ,one from both exam ,when and how i will appear for this exam.what is the procedure for seating in exam of MPSC.

You have to appear for both the exam. You can have a details of UPSC exam from the following link

UPSC and MPSC are conducted in two stages
you should be a minimum graduate or in final year of graduate course to appear for both
these examinations. for the latter you have to produce your proof of passing to appear in mains examination.
age limit is : be between 21 to 30 years of age, for general candidates
