Re: Eligibility for getting admission in BSc IT? Respected sir, I got 58 marks in Maths, 42 marks in Physics, 43marks in Chemistry, 66 marks in IT, I got 56% in HSC. I am eligible for Bsc IT. Sir which college should I get for Bsc IT. Sir please help me..!! |

Hello Friend, B.sc IT or the Bachelor of science Information Technology is a graduate level program is one of the most popular option for the today's generation.The students of B.sc can also get good job opportunities.After B.sc one can join the program of Master Degrees. General Eligibility criteria: A candidate shall have passed 12th standard examination or its equivalent with mathematics as one of the subject & should have secured not less than 45% of marks in aggregate is eligible to apply for B.sc IT. Duration of this course is 3 years with 6 semesters. If you are eligible then you should apply for the course. Thank You. |

HELLO,  Eligibility for getting admission in BSc IT are : > > A candidate for being eligible for admission to the degree course of Bachelor of Science – Information Technology , shall have passed XII Standard Examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects and should have secured not less than 55% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in aggregate in case of Reserved category . After Bsc-IT, you can study further or you can get job in MNC IT companies. Study : You have different options for Master Degree after Bsc IT(Graduation).

Re: Eligibility for getting admission in BSc IT? top colleges like delhi university ..may ask you for high cutoff percentage in 12th exams... usually 85% and more. Private colleges dont need much requirement....you only need to pay them the fees and need to pass your 12th with 50% or more marks. for government collegs in state areas.. you may need 60% or more...and sometimes might be supposed to give an entrance test or interview...thaths it.... getting admission into bsc.it is not a big deal.. Your age must be above 18 years. 3. Mathematics is a compulsory subject at 10+2 level. 4. As it is a degree course so the time of completion of the course is of 3 years & to leave it in between will not provide you the bachelor's degree. |

In 3 years graduation course you need to be 12th pass and even some colleges may keep percentage criteria. But if you are planning to do MCA and then either you need to have mathematics at 10+2 level or should have pass the bachelor's degree with a subject of maths but maths should be thre either in graduation level or +2 level. So for MCA maths is compulsory. So if you don't had it in +2 level but it must be in your graduation level. |

You can get direct admission in 2nd yr for b.tech Mechanical or Automobile.These two course have high demand in corporate sector. Re: Eligibility for getting admission in BSc IT? hi friend.. the BSc IT course is of three years... and some of the basic criteria for getting admission is that you should finish your class 12th with minimum of 60%.. and in some other colleges....they keep the cut of percentage to get admission.. so it also depends on the college...and also u should have good marks in maths.. that will get u good college... i hope these information helps u.. and all the best for that... thank you.. |
