Re: Am I eligible for IPS exam? How to join India Army? I have completed 2 and now I am studing Typewriting. But I can't complet Diploma In Computer Engineering. But I study Diploma in Computer Engineering. Please say some job names applicable for me. |

Re: Am I eligible for IPS exam? How to join India Army? Eligibility criteria for IPS exam: Minimum graduation degree in any stream Age should be 21 to 30 years for General category,21 to 33 years for OBC category,only minimum age is required for SC/ST category candidates should be Indian. |

Education Qualification :- Candidates who have completed there graduation are eligible to apply for the IPS exam. Candidates who have appeared in the final year exam are also eligible to appear for the IPS exam. Height Eligiblity - Height For Male 165 cm And for Female It Was 150 cm. Chest – For Male Minimum 84 cm. Expansion 5 cm. For Female Min 79 cm expansion 5 cm. Examination Pattern - Preliminary Examination - It is of objective type, which is a qualifying examination. Main Examination - It consists of written examination and interview. thanks |

Physical Standard: The physical standard required for the IPS exam is given below: Height: Minimum height required for men is 165 cm Minimum height required for women is 150 cm There is a relaxation in height for SC/ST,OBC,Gorkhas, Garhwalias, Assamese, Kumaonis, Nagaland Tribals etc. candidates for men it is 160cm and for women it is 145 cm. So the above eligibility criteria is required for the IPS exam.you have completed your graduation so you are eligible for IPS exam. all the best |

How to join India Army? hello friend my suggestion is you can attempt civils services examination and you can get a very good score if you do so then you can be selected as IPS officer and all you have to do for this work hard and also you have to follow some of the links like www.onestopias.com and www.upscportal.com all the best ~aditya~ |

How to join India Army? dear friend, what i would suggest you is to write the upsc exam. strive hard to score high to get into ips. once you get sufficient marks, then you would be selected. don't worry and you can of course write the exams like cds to get into indian defense. so go ahead where your heart says and where your interest lies. study hard to achieve your dream. all the very best. god bless you. |
