I am in dilemma about what to do? there will be training for 3 months. so can i attend that job training and mean while complete that subjects? before getting into the projects i will complete my graduation. |

To place in a good company...you need to good percentage throughout your career....besides your percentage you need to have good communication &technical skills...which also play a vital role.... be dedicated towards your work... all the best dear... |

Re: Can I get jobs while having backlogs in 2 subjects? yes it is possible but you will have to clear your backlogs before joining, i have personally seen such cases even people with year backs have got good jobs so you need not worry, most private companies have no hesitation in recruiting a good candidate if he is has the qualities they are looking for, so all you need focus that you clear you backlogs at the earliest. Additionally you need to have a good reason to explain your failures in case such questions arise in during interview |

Re: Can I get jobs while having backlogs in 2 subjects? you can get job if you have complete knowledge of any subject in private sector. because in private sector efficiency speaks. you dont have efficiency even if you passed the subjects using cheating then what is the fun of passing. even bill gates is college drop out but he have subject knowledge (2) even if you get job you cant earn much. for that you should have a sound knowledge of subject because you can become bill gates if you have sound knowledge of computers. (3) you can learn computers but dont cheat to pass |

For this situation you can apply for the jobs,for interviewing time they ask the certificate. So you not eligible for the job. First completing your backlogs,you will go for jobs. Good luck..... |

Some companies which are new one can consider those candidates too who have a backlogs in their engineering degree but the candidate will make them an assurance to get it completed as early as possible.However these candidates are exploited upto some extent in the field of salary as they have to sacrifice a lot to make their position.But in the top most companies there is no provision for such candidates.As they are paying higher so they need an efficient candidate for getting better results.So if you want to get a job at present situation you can work as a learner to get some experience from your work which will be later on used after passing the exam & to get a job in a good & reputed company. |

Top IT companies like TCS,HP,HCL and Wipro requires 65% marks in 10th,12th and graduation with no backlog.so you can't get job in these companies. Selection Criteria is different for different companies some companies are also which doesn't has these criteria. you can get job in the company but you have to do hard work to get job in the company. |

Most of the MNC's will not accept application from such candidates. The companies which call candidates of this profile will expect these candidates to clear the tests with good score. They will expect the candidates to have clear conceptual knowledge. |

Because they recruit candidates who has no backlogs.. if any then clear that first.. good luck.. |
