maximum company are not allowed any backlog because they want only graduate fresher.

you have two backlog means now you are in process of engineering.so after completion of graduation you have lot of chance.

you may also contact to your placement officer because if he requested to company then company consider you as a fresher.

so dont worry.

have no hesitation in recruiting a good candidate if he is

has the qualities they are looking for, so all you need focus

your failures in case such questions arise in during interview

It all depends on the kind of job you plan to apply for. Also the type of company where you plan to apply is important. Most of the MNC's will not accept application from such candidates. The companies which call candidates of this profile will expect these candidates to clear the tests with good score. They will expect the candidates to have clear conceptual knowledge.

JOBS WITH BACKLOGS??

Yes, you can get jobs before passing all subjects but it will be difficult to get job in core companies...

-> You can very well get job in any BPO's if you just have a good communication skill...

-> There are very few small companies which also give jobs for B.E/B.Tech graduates who have not completed their course but it's based only on performance..

-> Performance is nothing but some innovative projects which you have done during your course time, which shows that you are practically strong..

-> That shows to the company that you can do well in the future..

-> So first it's better you complete the 2 backlogs which you have soon... and then apply for jobs which available in the top companies...

-> Just put your hard work and try for jobs with good preparation for sure you will have a bright future..

You can get job in the company if you have backlog but it will be difficult for you.

Top IT companies like TCS,HP,HCL and Wipro requires 65% marks in 10th,12th and graduation with no backlog.so you can't get job in these companies.

Selection Criteria is different for different companies some companies are also which doesn't has these criteria.

Some companies which are new one can consider those candidates too who have a backlogs in their engineering degree but the candidate will make them an assurance to get it completed as early as possible.However these candidates are exploited upto some extent in the field of salary as they have to sacrifice a lot to make their position.But in the top most companies there is no provision for such candidates.As they are paying higher so they need an efficient candidate for getting better results.So if you want to get a job at present situation you can work as a learner to get some experience from your work which will be later on used after passing the exam & to get a job in a good & reputed company.

no my friend. first you have to clear your all subjects and then apply for it.

i am sorry but there is a very rare chance that a company might recruit you if you have backlogs because for most of the companies,the minimum eligibility criteria for sitting for placement is as follows:-
1)you should not have a gap of more than 2 years between your 12th and Graduation
2)you should have 60% aggregate marks in B.Tech and should have no backlogs at the time of your placement..

you can get job if you have complete knowledge of any subject in private sector. because in private sector efficiency speaks. you dont have efficiency even if you passed the subjects using cheating then what is the fun of passing. even bill gates is college drop out but he have subject knowledge
(2) even if you get job you cant earn much. for that you should have a sound knowledge of subject because you can become bill gates if you have sound knowledge of computers.
(3) you can learn computers but dont cheat to pass

The backlogs are really atrouble for the job aspirants

But you can get the jobs after you clear the back logs
