The main eligiblity critera for NET exam is a post graducate degree from a approved university. you are eligible for NET (National Eligibility Test) exam after passing B.Tech and M.Tech in IT . so. take your attention in your preparation. thanks |

NET - National Eligibility Test. Yeah you are eligible as you have finished your Master's degree,but you have to satisfy the other eligibility criteria also. Important Dates: Date of UGC NET examination: 26th June 2011 Date of UGC NET Notification : 30.03.2011 i) Last date for Applying On-Line 25th April 2011 ii) Last date for receiving the documents at the test center: 2-5-2011 Eligibility: The candidates must have finished their Master's degree from a recognized university with 55% aggregate.For SC/ST/VH/PH candidates it is 50%. The candidates must appear with the subjects of their post graduation omly. Thank you. |

Qualification Criteria for NET exam The candidates must have completed Post Graduation in the desired subject. They must have secured Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% from any reputed college under UGC recognition. The candidates appearing for last semester exam can even attend NET exam.

Because only the Master's degree holders in general science subjects can apply for this exam. There is another kind of fellowship program course for engineering or technical students. Technical students cannot apply for this exam. Good luck!! |
