Both are considered as top IT companies.Bot Syntel and Mahindra are best companies.you can join any company. If you get chance of job in any company you should join company immeditaly without any thought because any simple student can't get job in these companies. Eligibility criteria is same for bot company as both requires 60% marks in 10th,12th and graduation without any backlog if you fullfill these criteria then you are eligible for job in these companies. For getting job in these companies your preparation of Written test and interview should be goo because they check your complete knowledge in Interview. |
