-> Salary - Syntel - 3.0-3.5 CTC

Mahindra Satyam - 3.2 CTC

-> On-Site Oppurtunity - Syntel - Atleast after 2years of experience...

Mahindra Satyam - Maybe sooner depending upon performance..

-> Incremental/Appraisal - Syntel - Fair

Mahindra Satyam - Quite Good.

-> Company Revenue - Syntel - $532 million

Mahindra Satyam - $1.13 billion

-> Employees - Syntel - 13,600

Both companies are the Best in their respective places.Satyam Mahindra is comparatively bigger than the Syntel,but Syntel is also growing very fast.In Both the companies you will find equal opportunities to grow.

So it is completely your decision to make.Chose the one which you like the most and which suites your requirements Best.

Hi friend you are asking better between Syntel and Mahindra.

Both are considered as top IT companies.Bot Syntel and Mahindra are best companies.you can join any company.

If you get chance of job in any company you should join company immeditaly without any thought because any simple student can't get job in these companies.

Eligibility criteria is same for bot company as both requires 60% marks in 10th,12th and graduation without any backlog if you fullfill these criteria then you are eligible for job in these companies.

For getting job in these companies your preparation of Written test and interview should be goo because they check your complete knowledge in Interview.

I think mahendra satyam is a good company than syntel. It shares are high in share market. So jobs, earnings are good

Will syntel give joining to all the students hired in 2011 batch

In current scenario Mahindra have more projects in pipeline as compare to syntel
also mahindra offer more salary as compare to syntel
