Is these courses can be done by those students who are the students of graduation i.e. who doing the graduation. |

Dear Friend, * JBT Stands for Junior Basic Training. * It is a two-year teachers training program with the below mentioned eligibility criteria : a) You must have passed 12th from any recognized board as your minimum educational qualification. b) Your age should lie in between 17-28 years. c) There is also a relaxation in upper age of 5 years for students belonging to reserved categories. The JBT course is offered in various government as well as private institutions. The fee structure of the BT course will vary according to the institution. |

It is considered as one of the important parts of elementary teacher training. For this course, eligibility required is pass in Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent. Some teacher training institutes in India conduct entrance exam for JBT, but majority of the institutes enroll students on the basis of their marks in the qualifying examination. Know various institutes in India offering Junior Basic Training (JBT) course, in the following lines. |

Re: What is the meaning of JBT? What is the duration of the course? The Junior Basic Training courses are carried out in various states all over India. The JBT courses will have duration of two years. As to join the JBT course candidates need to pass the common entrance test. The basic eligibility for the course is to have a pass in the 12th board exam. In some of the state the minimum percentage required to join the course is to have more than 50%. Candidates who have a bachelors degree is required to have a minimum percentage of 45% of marks. The age of the candidates must be in between 17 years to 28 years. The candidates in the reservation category will have an age relaxation up to 5 years. The JBT course is offered in various government as well as private institutions. The fee structure of the BT course will vary according to the institution. |
