The Junior Basic Training courses are carried out in various states all over India. The JBT courses will have duration of two years. As to join the JBT course candidates need to pass the common entrance test. The basic eligibility for the course is to have a pass in the 12th board exam. In some of the state the minimum percentage required to join the course is to have more than 50%. Candidates who have a bachelors degree is required to have a minimum percentage of 45% of marks. The age of the candidates must be in between 17 years to 28 years. The candidates in the reservation category will have an age relaxation up to 5 years. The JBT course is offered in various government as well as private institutions. The fee structure of the BT course will vary according to the institution.
