If you have completed master's degree in special education with above 55% marks from a recognised University then you are eligible for PhD course.

There is no age criteria.

You must have a valid UGC NET scorecard.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam called Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund Scholarship.
