Hi, I completed my MCA in 1999 and having 13 years industry experience in different roles from Developer to Project Manager.

I would like to change my career path to lecturer in AP engineering colleges. With MCA and NET certification, am I eligible for lecturer in engineering colleges? If yes, how the salary structure would be.

Yes. After passing the UGC NET exams, a candidate can apply for assistant professor positions at numerous Indian universities and colleges.
The minimum eligibility criteria are that you must have completed a post-graduate degree from an accredited university.

So, you are eligible to apply for the post.
