Can I apply for NET if done public policy from NLSIU, Bangalore?
I did public policy from NLSIU, Bangalore.In the list of subjects it is not there. Am I eligible or not for appearing NET? If allowed, which subject I have to select.

Since you have completed your Masters degree in Public Policy, you are eligible for NET examination.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to appear in the NET examination. The subject combination is dependent on you, you can opt according to your choice in which you are interested. |

No, you need a post graduation degree in any discipline to become eligible for NET. Also, 55% marks in masters degree is the minimum criteria for appearing in exam.
Therefore, a diploma or any short term course is not going to make you eligible for UGC or CSIR NET or even SET/SLET. |
