Can i get a PhD in Neuroscience while being a pcmc or CS student?

hello, I'm currently.in 11th i chose computer as my main and now i want to be a neuroscientist, i have great passion towards neuroscience, more than cs. I'm trying to find a way to gat a bsc in neuroscience, msc and then phd. all i want to know is that am i too late? can a Cs student become a neuroscientist?
