Hello everyone, I am looking forward to pursue a PhD in Botany from Bhavnagar University. I don’t know whether I will get any stipend or not for this PhD program. Can I get stipend for this particular PhD program in this university?

Educational qualification required for Ph.D exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given to SC/ST category candidates. Final year students are also eligible for Ph.D exam.

If you have a valid UGC NET score card then you are eligible for stipend during the PhD course otherwise not or if you are a gold medalist in masters degree from a recognized University then you are eligible for stipend during PhD course.
