Course structure and duration of PhD(Electronics & Telecommunication) in IIIT-Pune is given below.

Course structure & duration-
There will be 2 semester each year.
Candidate have to clear minimum 4 subjects out of 5 subjects each semester.
You can complete this course in minimum 3 years.

Candidate's final selection will be done through personal interview.
