Hello everyone, can anyone of you let me know about the structure of PhD(Chemistry) stream which is available in The University of Burdwan? Please tell me about the course fee expenses also. Thank you!

The course structure for doing PhD in Chemistry consists of one semester compulsory regular course work which carries 12 credits. The course work will be treated as prerequisite for doing PhD. The course work consists of research methodology and other relevant subjects.
The fee structure for doing PhD in Chemistry is divided as follows and the amount is in Indian rupees.
1. Application Form = 500/-
2. PhD Course work Fee = 2000/-
3. Duplicate PhD course work Certificate = 1000/-
4. Registration Form = 400/-
5. Registration Fee = 4000/-
6. Part time research fee to be paid at the time of Doctoral registration (Science Subject) = 1000/- along with additional lab fee as per regular work expenses
7. Re-registration Fee = 5000/-
8. Fee for submission of thesis = 5000/-
9. Fee for re-submission of thesis = 5000/-
10. Fee for second time viva voce = 2000/-
11. Fee for obtaining provisional certificate = NIL
12. Fee for duplicate certificate = 500/-
Kindly note that the fee structure is altered every year.
