Hi, I have completed my PGDM ( part time ) and i would like to know if i can apply for part-time Phd in management now.....

Eligibility for Part-time Phd in Management:-

>> Candidate with an M Sc/B.E or an equivalent with a minimum of 60% will also be considered for provisional admission to the Ph D programme.

>> For Ph D programme in languages and humanities, candidates with an M. Phil/M.A. and with minimum of 55% aggregate may also be considered.

Eligibility for Part-time Phd in Management:-

Pass with 55% aggregate marks in MBA or MSc ( Management ) or M.Com or MIB or MFC or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST and interview.
( 5% relaxation to SC or ST or OBC ( non creamy layer) or differently abled candidates.

Admission process:-

An applicant will be short listed for interview on the basis of his/her score in the entrance examination LPUNEST ( Ph.D ).

The final selection for admission in Ph.D will be based on the performance in the entrance test.

The Eligibility is:

For Part time PhD in Management, candidates who have done post graduate degree from a recognised university can study PhD.

CSIR UGC NET and GATE is the entrance exam.

Duration of this course is 4 to 5 years.

Those who have Masters degree in any discipline or a professional qualification eg CA, ICWA, CS with atleast 55% or BE/B.tech (4 year) with atleast 60% or equivalent.
Those who have bachelor's and masters degree in relevant discipline are eligible.
Must have minimum of 1 year work experience in any related field.

Eligibility criteria required for Part Time PhD in Management:

The basic eligibility criteria required for Part Time PhD in Management is given below,

>> In order to be eligible for this course, candidiates must be working in organization.

>> Candidiates must have completed Master's Degree from a recognized university.

>> Must have done 1 year of experience in the concerned discipline.

>> As far as my best knowledge is concerned you can apply for doing this course.

The Eligibility for PhD Part Time In Management is:-

*Candidates must have a post graduate degree from a recognised university with minimum 55%marks.

The duration of this course is 4 to 5 years.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam called GATE , CSIR UGC NET and JRF.

Eligibility for Part-time Phd in Management:-

The candidate should have a bachelor or master degree in any stream to be eligible for part time admission.
The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year work experience in any related field.

°°° Of course, you can pursue PhD after PGDM but the PGDM course must be accredited from NBA and at the same time having a certificate from AIU and an approval from AICTE.
Once you have three pre conditions fullfilled PGDM students can apply for PhD because your PGDM is equivalent to MBA.
Then you can pursue PhD after PGDM.

The eligibility to study PhD in Management is a candidate must have passed MBA/MSc in Management/MCom/MIB/MFC or equivalent subject with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. There is no specific age limit to apply for this course. Admission selection is done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance examination which is conducted by the university followed by an interview. The minimum score may vary from college to college which you can check before applying.
