Hello I have completed my msc microbiology now I want to know whether I can give PhD exam from aiims. Application forms is asking for a medical registration number but course Msc microbiology not provided such number ..please reply ..Waiting ..thanking you ..

The eligibility criteria for PhD Entrance exam of AIIMS 2022:-

Educational Qualification:- Candidates must have completed MBBS/ BDS with minimum of 55% aggregate marks or MD/ MS/ MDS/ DM/ M.Ch. in the subject concerned or Diploma of National Board of Examination.

The Eligibility is:-

For PhD, candidates who have done post graduate degree from a recognised university can study PhD.

Minimum Marks required 55%marks.

There is no age restriction.

AIIMS PhD 2022 Eligibility Criteria:-

Medical Qualification – Candidates must have completed MBBS/ BDS with minimum of 55% aggregate marks or MD/ MS/ MDS/ DM/ M.Ch. in the subject concerned or Diploma of National Board of Examination.

(b). Nursing Qualification – Candidates scoring 55% aggregate marks in M.Sc.

Those who are interested in PhD must possess
MBBS/BDS with minimum 50% marks or MD/MS/ MDS/DM/ Mch or Diplomate of NBE.

Those who possess MSc degree will be eligible for non medical qualification cateogary .
The desired qualification by AIIMS , a candidate from non medical background who clear following qualifying exam will be prepared for research.

Eligibility for PhD entrance exam of AIIMS:-

In order to be eligible for appearing in AlIMS Ph.D entrance examination, you are required to meet the below maintained eligibility criteria:-

The basic educational qualification required is ''Master of Sciences'' or Master's degree in any concerned stream or Master degree in nursing with minimum 60% marks or Master of surgery or Doctor of medicine or its equivalent course or diploma of the National Board of Examination from a recognised University.

Eligibility for PhD entrance exam of AIIMS:-

You must have passed an MBBS degree or its equivalent with at least 55% marks in aggregate from any recognized University or institute to be eligible for the Ph.D. entrance exam of AIIMS.
