Hello friends, I want to do a PhD program in Sanskrit stream from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya. I am unable to know the eligibility criteria. So, can anyone of you kindly let me know about the eligibility criteria for doing this PhD program in this university?

Eligibility to pursue PhD (Sanskrit) in Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya are as mentioned below:-
Candidates must have completed their Acharya/ M.A (Sanskrit) from a recognised university.
Candidates must have scored at least 55% aggregate in their last passing examination.
Candidates must have to clear required entrance examination to get admission in this course.
There is no age restriction to pursue this course.

Eligibility to pursue PhD(Sanskrit) in Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya are as follows:-
Candidate must have completed their Postgraduate degree in Sanskrit from a recognized university.
Candidate must have scored at least 55% or its equivalent at Postgraduate level.
Candidate must have cleared entrance exam conducted by colleges.

Candidate should have minimum education qualification of Master's degree in Sanskrit with atleast 55% marks from a recognised University.

M. Phil candidates who have atleast 55% marks are exempted from entrance test conducted by the university.

Eligibility to pursue PhD (Sanskrit) in Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya:-

The candidate should have passed Acharya or its equivalent in relevant subjects( as per UGC norms) is eligible to apply for PhD Sanskrit in Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya.
