Hi everyone, for securing admission in IIEST Shibpur for PhD program in Human Resource Management stream which entrance exam I have to appear? Please help me to know about the entrance exam and also the cutoff marks for securing admission.

Yes, there is a Entrance exam available to study PhD(Human Resource Management) in IIEST Shibpur.

Pattern of exam-
The entrance test followed by an interview conducted by the Institute-

1. Written test
2. Duration of test- 1 and half hour.
3. MCQs pattern type question will be there.
4. It consists of 100 marks.
5. Out of which 70% questions will be from the subject area (in which the candidate has qualified GATE / NET), 20% questions will test the analytical ability and 10% questions for proficiency in English.
6. Each question will carry 01 (one) mark for a correct answer, and a negative mark of 0.25 for each incorrect answer.
7. Interview
Last date to apply for HRM Ph.D is extended to 10.08.2020
