Entrance exam to pursue PhD(Biotechnology) in Hyderabad University? Cutoff score required to secure admission?
Dear friends, I am planning to do a PhD in Biotechnology from Hyderabad University. So, I just want to know that which entrance exam I have to pursue this particular PhD program admission in this university? Also let me know about the cutoff score for securing admission.

Yes, Entrance examination is available to study PhD in Biotechnology at Hyderabad University. Admission selection is done on the basis of marks obtained in the written test followed by an interview. The cutoff marks depend on the number of candidates appearing for the test.
The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed Master's degree in the relevant subject with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate for general category and for SC/ST it is 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
