Hello sir ,how can I do phd in commerce field after completing my B.com graduation

It is not possible to go for Ph.D. directly after B.Com. as the minimum education required for pursuing Ph.D. is a Master's degree in a relevant subject from a recognized university. Also, the minimum marks required in the qualifying degree is 55% in the case of general category candidates or 50% in the case of reserved category candidates.

So, after the completion of B.Com. degree, you will be required to first complete a Master's degree in commerce or a relevant discipline.

The eligibility criteria for Ph.D course is that :-

The student must have completed a master's degree in Commerce or an MPhil with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised university. Many universities in India also require applicants to qualify the UGC-NET exam for admissions into a PhD in specialisation of Commerce.

For PhD admission, you have to do masters in commerce with atleast 55% and above marks from a recognised board.
Once you complete masters you have to either appear for National or university level entrance exam.
The entrance exam depends on the University in which you take admission for PhD.

M.Phil etc
If a university does not accept national level entrance exam , they conduct their own entrance exam for PhD admission.
Then you have to appear for interview.
Your admission will be based on marks scored by you in entrance exam and interview.

No,after graduation you can't do PhD in Commerce.
