Tell me that phd degree in CMJ university is valid or not. I want to take admissions in phd microbiology as soon as possible.

C.M.J university is approved by University Grants Commission and Government of Meghalaya.

The M.Phil and PhD degree awarded by the University will be recognized by Commission as long as the minimum standards and procedure for award of PhD degree is followed by university.

So, do not worry about validation, you can take admission in CMJ university.
